Dental Implants
An implant is a small screw fixed into your jaw. A new tooth is put on top of it. The healthy teeth on both sides are not cut.
Muzaffarpur mein log ise aksar naya daant lagwana kehte hain — dono ek hi cheez hai.
- Good teeth next to the gap are not cut
- Fixed in the mouth. You do not take it out at night
- Colour matched to your own teeth
- Position planned on a 3D scan first
For a bridge, we must file down the good teeth on both sides of the gap. An implant does not need that. It stands on its own in the jaw. Your other teeth are left alone.
First we take a 3D scan. It shows if you have enough bone, and where the screw should go.
On the day, we numb the area fully. Then we place the implant. It takes about an hour. Most people say it was much easier than they expected. You feel pressure, not pain.
Then the bone needs three to four months to hold the screw tightly. You will not be left with a gap in that time.
At the end we fix the new tooth on top. We match its colour to your other teeth, so it does not look different.

We numb the area fully first. Then we wait until it has really worked. Most patients feel pressure, not pain. If you are scared, just tell the dentist. We go slower, explain each step, and stop any time you raise your hand.
No. The pain people connect with a root canal is the infected nerve before treatment. It is not the treatment itself. Once the tooth is numb, the dentist takes that nerve out. Most patients go back to work the same day.
It depends on the treatment and how much work is needed. After the dentist checks you, we give you the full cost in writing before anything starts. Nothing is added later. For bigger work like implants and braces, you can pay in monthly EMI.
