Your first visit

About 30 to 40 minutes. The dentist examines you, takes an X-ray if it is needed, explains what he finds, and writes down what treatment would cost. Nothing begins until you agree to it.

What to bring

Any previous X-rays or dental records you have, and a list of any medicines you take. If you have a heart condition, diabetes, or are pregnant, please tell us before treatment starts.

If you are nervous

Say so when you book, and say so again in the chair. We go slower, explain each step, and stop whenever you raise your hand. This is common and we would much rather know.

Paying

Cash, UPI, debit and credit cards. Larger treatments such as implants and braces can be split into monthly EMI. You get the full cost in writing before treatment starts.

Children

Bring them from the time their first teeth come through. Appointments are kept short and a parent stays in the room throughout.

Cancelling

Call the clinic if you cannot make it. Letting us know frees the slot for someone in pain.
