What we collect

If you use the appointment form we collect your name, phone number, and anything you choose to type into the optional fields. That is all. We do not ask for medical details through the website.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about the appointment you asked for.

Who sees it

The clinic's own staff. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are being dealt with and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Your clinical record, if you become a patient, is kept separately under the rules that apply to medical records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry. Call the clinic or email dentalokcare@gmail.com.
