Why patients choose us
Treatment that does not hurt
Most people put off the dentist because they are afraid it will hurt. We numb the area fully. We wait until it has really worked. Then we check with you before we start. You get the cost too, but it is the comfort that patients remember.

Featured treatment
A missing tooth, put back properly
An implant is a small screw fixed into the jaw. A new tooth goes on top of it. For a bridge we must cut the good teeth on both sides. An implant does not need that. We fix its position on a 3D scan first, so it sits right and you can chew normally again.
- Placed under local anaesthesia — you feel pressure, not pain
- Looks and feels like your own tooth
- Lasts for years — not something you take out at night
- The good teeth beside it are left untouched
- Full cost given in writing, with EMI if you need it
- Time in chair
- 45–60 min

-
Digital X-Ray
The picture comes on the screen in seconds. It uses far less radiation than the old film.
-
Mouth Scanner
A small camera takes the measurement. No rubber tray pushed into your mouth.
-
Smile Preview
See how your teeth will look, on your own photo, before you agree to anything.
-
Laser Treatment
Used for gum work. Less bleeding, and the mouth heals faster.
-
Proper Sterilisation
Every instrument is machine-cleaned and sealed in a pouch. We open it in front of you.
-
Guided Implants
We fix the position of the new tooth on a 3D scan first. So it sits in the right place.

Your dentist
Dr. Rohit Kumar
BDS, MDS Founder & Chief Dental Surgeon
Dr. Rohit Kumar has treated patients in Muzaffarpur for more than twelve years. He does every treatment at this clinic himself, from a simple filling to a full set of implants. So you see the same dentist every visit. Nobody has to explain your case again.
He trained in replacing missing teeth — caps, bridges and implants. Before opening OK Dental Care, he worked at a dental college in Patna. For braces, a specialist comes to the clinic. So children and adults from Muzaffarpur do not have to travel for it.
“Most patients are not afraid of the treatment. They are afraid of not knowing what it will cost and how much it will hurt. So I tell them both, first.”

We numb the area fully first. Then we wait until it has really worked. Most patients feel pressure, not pain. If you are scared, just tell the dentist. We go slower, explain each step, and stop any time you raise your hand.
No. The pain people connect with a root canal is the infected nerve before treatment. It is not the treatment itself. Once the tooth is numb, the dentist takes that nerve out. Most patients go back to work the same day.
It depends on the treatment and how much work is needed. After the dentist checks you, we give you the full cost in writing before anything starts. Nothing is added later. For bigger work like implants and braces, you can pay in monthly EMI.
Yes. Our dentist and staff speak Hindi, Bhojpuri and English. We will explain your problem and your treatment in whichever language you are comfortable with.
We take cash, UPI, and debit and credit cards. For bigger treatments like implants and braces, the cost can be split into monthly EMI.
Yes, from the time the first teeth come. Check-ups, cleaning and fillings. We keep the visit short for children, and a parent stays in the room the whole time.
Call the clinic straight away. We keep slots free every working day for emergencies — bad pain, swelling, a broken tooth, or a tooth knocked out in an accident.
About 30 to 40 minutes. That covers the check-up, an X-ray if needed, an explanation of your choices, and a written cost estimate to take home.
We numb the area fully before we start. So you feel pushing and movement, not pain. We take an X-ray first to see the roots and the nerve, so there are no surprises. After it, the cheek stays swollen for two or three days. We give you painkillers and written instructions.
What people call keeda is a cavity. It is decay eating into the tooth. If we catch it early, it is just a filling and one short visit. If you wait, it reaches the nerve. Then you need a root canal and a cap, which costs more and takes longer. If you can see a hole, or the tooth hurts with cold or sweet things, come soon.
Once every six months is enough for most people. If you chew tobacco, gutkha or paan, or your gums bleed when you brush, come every three to four months. One more thing, said plainly: cleaning does not loosen your teeth. Many people here believe it does. It is not true.
An implant takes three to four months in total. The screw itself is placed in about an hour, with the area numbed. The rest of the time is for the bone to grip it. That part cannot be hurried. You are not left with a gap while you wait. The new tooth is fixed at the end and matched to your other teeth.
